Julie says, hi, Anthony.
Loving the meditation is incredible.
The moon meditation, consider doing the moon meditation, okay?
Medical meeting podcast, an apple podcast, the moon meditation
because the moon's coming out, full moon.
We've got the full moon, full moon, full moon.
Hi, guys.
I'm glad everybody's coming on.
So I want to talk about anxiety a little bit.
I talk about the different symptoms like mild versions, moderate versions,
severe versions, okay?
So I talk about the different symptoms with anxiety, and then I talk about how it happens.
So when you get handed bad news, like, okay, a breakup, you just got bad news, like you're being broken up with or something,
or you heard some bad news somewhere, or something's happening, like a great loss, or whatever it is that's happening in your life,
and you go through anything emotional, any kind of emotional stress, okay?
When you go through any kind of emotional stress, what happens is the emotional center of the brain heats up.
like an oven. It heats up. Lightning bolts flash through that emotional center of the brain
because that's electrical impulses. You know, you get handed news that's really uncomfortable
or something's going on in your life, some kind of stress. Even it's mild stress. You start getting
a heating up in the emotional center of the brain up in there. And that's what happens like a cyclone
in there. That's what occurs. And then when that happens, the brain tissue in there, the neurons
and brain cells in there, they start to get overheated, overheated, overheated, heated,
and they start to break down and wear out. And that's how we end up, that's part of how we end
up getting the anxiety. It's a physical condition when you go through emotional hardship, when you
have emotional things going on in your life. And I talk about what happens if you don't have
anything emotional going on in your life and you end up having it. So link is in profile,
medical meeting podcast at Apple Podcasts.
Link is in the profile.
I just saw the comment there.
So, oh my God.
Catan says, love the anxiety podcast.
Amazing, amazing, amazing.
So I'm glad you love it.
Share it with others so they can hear about it,
know about it.
Because this one, I mean,
I know I've talked about the other episodes,
the caffeine episode.
That's a good one.
the coffee, the coffee, the matcha tea, the chocolate episode. I talked about so many people
are leaving their caffeine from that episode. So many people I hear, thousands of people
are actually going through caffeine withdrawal. They're putting it behind them. They're putting
their coffee behind them. So because of that episode, that's what we hear all the time.
So look, I'm glad you guys are here. I got cleanse and heal behind me too, right there,
by the way, if you have cleanse and heal in your hand, you can do so much healing.
There's the book, the famous book that's saving lives right now out there.
So check this out.
This episode, line for line, is packed.
Now, what you'll learn at the Medical Medium Podcast at Apple Podcasts is it's not coffee talk.
So it's not throwaway podcast material.
This is a docu-series in a podcast.
So please know that, that these are docu-series in a podcast.
This is information so you can heal and get your life back.
This isn't having, I'm not just, I'm not doing the thing.
There's nothing wrong with this, but I'm not doing the thing where I have guests come on and you cattle call them.
It's like, get a guest on.
Okay, say your little thing.
Boop, gone.
Get another guest on.
Say your little thing.
Boop, gone.
Get another guest on.
Cattle call, cattle call.
That's what podcasts are, right?
Get, boom, gone, right?
And you get these little tidbits.
If you listen, you might get a tidbit here.
Boop, gone.
Contradictive information left and right.
Another person, another person.
What this is here is this is not coffee talk.
This is a docuseries.
And I designed and created it for you guys so that you guys can heal and get your lives back and turn your lives around because that's what matters.
That's the important thing right there.
What's important is you guys getting rid of your anxiety.
That's what's important.
So what's important?
You guys not being in panic attacks.
You guys not struggling from anxiety.
You guys not suffering from some kind of anxiety issue of some kind, right?
And when you've gone through that, yeah, you know what I'm talking about, right?
So that's important to me.
It's like, how can I stop people from having to suffer with their anxiety?
Well, put out a docuseries episode in a podcast for free.
For free.
So you guys can get your lives back with anxiety.
So it was like, okay, let's put a docuseries style right there, podcast episode, so you guys can get your lives back.
So share it with other people.
Kristen says brain and moon meditations are so powerful.
You know, the more you do them, the more healing you get.
The more you do them, the more healing you get.
Sometimes people, boom, one time they do the moon meditation, their life has changed.
Just one shot.
The moon's coming out.
The moon's coming out.
Moon's coming out.
Moon meditations.
Just keep an eye on the moon meditation.
Link is in profile so you can actually listen to it.
The Medical Union Podcast at Apple Podcasts, the uncensored version, okay?
You can find out about triggers, anxiety triggers in this episode.
Anxiety triggers.
And that's a big deal too.
So you might want to listen to this anxiety episode.
So let's talk about triggers.
What's a trigger?
Well, a trigger is a emotional stuff that gets thrown our way, right?
That can be a trigger.
And then your anxiety amps up, amps up.
There's other triggers too.
I talk about them.
I talk about cologne, perfume being a trigger for anxiety.
The cologne, perfume, scented candles.
I see it all the time.
People are like, I got my new scented candles.
Let me do a video about it.
It's like, oh my God.
You're getting all that chemical treated oil in your lungs.
It coats your vagus nerve.
And then next thing you know it, your anxiety is going to creep up or you're going to get anxiety down the road.
So I talk about that.
Doing the meditation tonight, incredible.
I can't wait that you're doing it.
I'm so glad you're doing the meditation tonight.
So that's good.
Please share these episodes if you can with others
and leave a review at Apple Podcast,
Medical Mean Podcast if you can.
I share emotional tools in this episode too.
So different foods to help anxiety,
different supplementation to help anxiety, okay?
And that's a big one to do.
Kitten Cat says coffee is a big trigger.
You're right, coffee is a big trigger.
It really is. It's a terrible trigger. And I talk about that in the episode right there. So that
caffeine is a trigger. So that's another one too. I talk about pesticides being a trigger,
you know, herbicides, pesticides, fungicides. Well, where are those? Where's anybody getting
those? Well, we bring them in every day. They're everywhere. So I talk about this too. So
somebody said the soy candles with essential oil, okay, way better, way better. Just letting you
No, way better than just the chemical treated, scented candles for sure.
So that's a really smart thing to do.
So let's go an alternative way with that for sure.
Faith says, I didn't know about the perfume thing.
Yeah, perfume irritates the vagus nerve.
Cologne irritates the vagus nerve.
So you've listened to the show.
These things irritate the vagus nerve.
I talk about more triggers than that too.
So a whole bunch of different ones.
So, Rebel says, please do an EMF episode.
I will.
I will do an EMF episode.
But I know that you guys are struggling with anxiety to such a degree that I had to look out for you guys and make sure.
Can you subscribe so that you're not, so you actually know when the episodes come out?
The reason why I say this is people say, when's your episode coming out?
When's the next episode coming out?
Well, I don't know.
It could come out any hour, any day.
so subscribing to medical medium podcast at apple podcast is really important um alicia says is the
podcast only on apple well here's how it works that's the uncensored platform for me that's the
uncensored podcast episode so if you hear anxiety at apple podcast the medical medium podcast at
apple podcast if you hear the anxiety version there that's the one that's uncensored if you
hear it at other platforms nope it's going to be little pieces missing it's not going to all kinds
of other stuff. Just letting you know. So yeah, you guys, look, when it comes down to anxiety,
what happens is if we get emotionally triggered, we get this overheating that occurs in the
emotional center of the brain and we end up burning out brain tissue. That's burnout right
there. So it's like, that's what burnout is. We end up burning out brain tissue and it calluses.
And when it calluses and calluses, electrical impulses can't find their way in through their
easy. The next thing you know it, we end up getting anxiety. And that's just kind of a safe
fault that our body creates purposely. So it protects us so that when we run across something
else emotionally, we don't get hurt. That's another thing that happens. And we end up getting allergic
to like somebody or something. We get allergic to her job. If it's really kind of giving us
emotional problems, giving us emotional stresses, we get allergic to certain people. If they cause
some emotional harm or any kind of emotional abuse, we then, you know, that happens too. So
and when we get these emotional triggers, this is what I talk about all through here.
Diaz says, I love the fact you don't advertise. Me neither, no ads. You guys, you don't see ads
on YouTube, on my YouTube channel. You don't see ads on this podcast. You don't see commercials
on this podcast. Maybe someday it'll be different. But right now I'm doing everything I can. So it's
like no commercials, no ads, no advertisements, no infomercials. Bottom line. Okay. Bottom line.
That's how I do it. You guys, mindful body says, is depersonalization considered anxiety
that came on from Lyme and Mold? Depersonalization is in the group of like depression and anxiety
because when you have depersonalization, you can get a little of everything.
It's kind of a mixed bag you can easily get.
It kind of waves back and forth.
Some people are a little bit more on the depressed side with it.
Some people are a little bit more on the anxiety side with it.
Some people, you know, and it's kind of wafers all the way around.
And I talk about depersonalization a little bit in this anxiety.
This anxiety episode is a great episode for anything like depersonalization, depression, coarse anxiety.
It's just great because they kind of come in hand in hand in so many ways.
you guys share this anxiety episode with other people. Please let them know it's here to help
change their life, help save their life, help turn their lives around. So please, please. Tiger says,
I'm grateful, grateful, grateful for you too. Holistic says, I am in constant fight or flight.
I'm exhausted. I completely understand. Listen to this episode because I talk about fight or
flight. I talk about what happens. So when we go through an emotional hardship, when we're going
through an emotional time, an emotional hardship or anything like that, what happens is we end up,
our adrenals start running. We get delivered that news. And when that news comes through, like, wow,
you know, I've been backstabbed. Whoa, I've been betrayed. Whoa, broken trust. My trust is broken
now. I don't trust this person. I don't trust this. And when it happens, our adrenaline just starts
to surge. So our adrenals and our back, boom, just start to surge. And when it does that and all that
adrenaline starts floating around, we're in fight or flight. And then the inner core of our brain,
as far as the emotional center of our brain, starts to heat up and heat up and heat up.
Like the lightning flashes in there. Electrical impulses are heating up in there and heating up
in there. And that's how we set the stage for getting anxiety. And I talk about that in there.
So definitely. So letting you guys know, look, the bottom line is this episode is life changing.
Line for line is powerful. So let's talk a little bit about it.
What symptoms do you guys have with anxiety?
Are you just kind of just, does it hit you so hard where you're balled up and you're just kind of shaking and you can't move until you come out of it?
What kind of anxiety do you have? Or is it the kind where you can't be in the passenger seat of a car with somebody else? Because I talk about that. I talk about where maybe you're kind of like the person where you feel claustrophobic. You can't be in the passenger seat of a car with somebody else. You can't, you can't, you know, you can't function on the way you want to. You can't get through your jobs. Is it the kind where your mind is racing?
The kind of anxiety you have is when your mind is racing over and over again,
and your mind is just running, and it's just racing, and it's just racing,
and it's repetitive thoughts too.
What kind of anxiety do you have?
And what kind, is it the tingles and numbness on the arms when you get an anxiety attack?
Is it tightness of the chest?
Is your chest, so Ashley Lynn says panic attacks, shaking, tired.
So you get the panic attacks and the shaking.
So that's really hard.
The racing thoughts. Jessica says she gets racing thoughts.
Oh my God. Courtney says reliving the past over and over and over again.
Loss of hunger, feeling a tornado.
Jasmine says feeling a tornado and loss of hunger.
And so, oh my God, this is just so intense.
Alina says screaming and mood swings. Completely understand.
Alana, completely understand.
Screaming mood swings. Whoa. I totally get it.
Blacksmith Performance says the brain literally burns tissue in the emotional center of the brain.
Calluses when overstressed.
This is a self-defense mechanism to not damage the brain further.
Whoa, you listened to the episode, but you not only listened to the episode, you got the info down.
You got that info down.
Shannon says she thinks she's, you know, it's thinking of going to die.
um some outer body experience i mean whoa um you know it's it's so i talk about all the different
symptoms that people don't even talk about like what you'll find on this episode is you'll be like
how do you know that so link is in profile you guys it's the medical meeting podcast at apple
podcast and um don says i am grateful i found you so grateful you're here and um thinking of dying
diseases. That's one version right there. People think they die of disease. They're dying of
diseases and they have anxiety all around it. And yeah, there's so many different versions. And you
guys, I cover, I mean, maybe all of them. I mean, just so much information, not just the numbness in
the arms when you have an attack and the tightness of the chest and constriction of throat and the
shaking and the tremor, everything. I talk about so many versions of anxiety. You've got to listen
to this episode so you can identify which one you're dealing with. It's important. So Raquel
says the anxiety while driving. Yes, I talk about the anxiety while driving. It's hard to drive when
you got the anxiety. I talk about if you're a passenger with anxiety or you don't want to go
on planes, trains, buses. You don't want to be in your friend's car. You know, all of that. I talk
about how, you know, it's in there. Poka says I had a panic attack where I felt someone was
strangling my neck. That's a tough one. I mean, that is because you can have a panic attack where
you can't get air in. You feel a constriction around your throat. You feel it in your chest.
Exactly. It's the same thing. Exactly. So the link is in profile. It's a medical meeting podcast at
Apple Podcast. You don't want to miss this. You don't want to miss this episode. It's a docu-series
episode. And I could say it over and over again. People are like, what is it? A podcast? Is that
it? It's like coffee talk? Just cattle call people in? No. This is a docu-series that you guys don't
have to pay for. I mean, I don't know what else to say. I mean, that's what this is. So Medical
meeting podcast at Apple podcast. This is about saving lives. That's what this is. Organic field
said, thank you so much for all your information. You are an amazing human. You are too. I'm so
glad you're here. Um, so yeah, so where can I find the meditation? So shares, shares says,
where can I find the meditation is the link is in profile. So the link is in the profile,
medical meeting podcast at Apple podcast. That's where you find the moon meditation,
Brain meditation.
Freeze a bird meditation, you guys.
I mean, seriously, this information is here for you guys.
And for anxiety, if you're dealing with anxiety, do the meditations.
Do the mood meditation.
These meditations help heal the anxiety.
They help to heal it quicker.
That's the whole point of them.
And that's why they're there.
That's why the meditations are there.
And I walk you through them.
Inro says, just when I thought your last podcast was the best,
you come up out with even more amazing podcasts. You know, that's going to make it tough for me
because if I'm trying to actually rival the last podcast with the next one and try to make sure
the next one's better and the next one's better, the next one's better. Oh my God. I don't know
how I'm going to survive this. I don't really know how I'm going to survive it. I really don't know.
Meredith says, can you talk about B12? Yeah. So the B12 episode, I do a whole episode on B12.
So you got to listen to that Medical Medium Podcast at Apple Podcasts.
I talk about B12.
You guys know the B12 I like and I use.
Everybody's asking me all the time.
It's the Vimergy one.
V as in Victor.
I, M as in Mary, E-R-G-Y.
Vimergy.
Okay, so Vimergy is the B12 that I use.
That's the best one out there, in my opinion.
I'm not sponsored by them or anything.
Yeah, you guys.
Like, you know, so New World says I had panic attacks since I was a child.
Oh, that's just so hard for so many people.
Sonny says, just did the free as a bird meditation.
Whoa, you experienced that?
I did it the other day and it was an experience all on its own.
I noticed that when I do it every other day, it's like a whole different thing.
Like what?
And then I miss things in these meditations that I didn't hear before.
It's just so powerful.
It's so powerful.
Even though I did the meditations, even though all of that's Medical Medium Podcast at Apple Podcast,
Um, yeah, you guys, seriously, I just want you guys to be able to relieve your anxiety.
Learn about it.
What's your symptoms like?
You know, do you get the restricted around the throat, the tightness of the chest?
Do you feel in shoulders and arms?
Do you feel tremoring?
I, you know, I mean, all of that.
So important to know.
But you guys, really, so much going on in this episode.
It's so packed.
I talk about triggers.
So let's talk about triggers a little bit.
I talk about how pesticides, herbicides, they trigger the anxiety.
Where's the pesticides coming from?
It's everywhere.
I talk about where they come from, why they're around us.
I talk about the air fresheners, the send of candles, the colognes, how that aggravates the vagus nerve.
I talk about the caffeine.
It's another trigger.
I talk about different foods.
Yet New says, where do I get the moon meditation, please?
So moon meditation at Medical Meeting Podcast at Apple Podcast.
So moon meditation at the Medical Meeting Podcast at Apple Podcast.
This link is in profile.
So, yeah.
So, yeah.
Vimergy.
That's, no, it's not Vimergy.
It's Vimergy.
V as in Victor.
I-M-E-R-G-Y.
That's the B12 I use.
Check them out.
I'm not sponsored.
Any companies that I talk about out there,
there's the ones that I feel are the safest,
the best, the highest quality.
I've done that for years and years.
So, you guys, I want you to be able to heal.
I want you to be able to turn your lives around.
I want you to have the answers and the information.
I want you to be able to get your lives back.
Anxiety is like this just beast to so many people.
It's so hard on so many people.
Anxiety can be so troubling.
I've seen it take people down where they can't function
and they're just stuck in their house
and they can't do anything
and they can barely do anything.
They can barely live their life.
I don't want you to ever have that happen.
I want you guys to be able to heal
and move past that anxiety
and live your life the way it was meant to be.
I just want you to have your lives back.
And anxiety gets in the way.
I've seen it get in the way for so many people.
So, you know, and you guys,
Medical Mean Podcast and Apple Podcast,
that's the platform to listen to it.
Yeah, the moon meditation, powerful.
The moon's coming out.
The moon's coming out.
Letting you know, okay?
The Ugly Duckling says,
Thank you for the moon meditation.
It's absolutely amazing.
Share it with others.
You guys, you know, medical medium information has all been grassroots.
It's not PR and marketing.
It's not big marketing firms.
That's not how Cleanse to Heal has become the best medical textbook out there for healing and alternative medicine out there.
That's not how it is.
It's happened because, meaning not because of promotion and all those other things, big PR and marketing.
This is a grassroots movement.
This is about saving lives.
Cleanse and Heal has saved a lot of lives already.
It still is every day.
The Medical Medium books are all saving lives.
I want you to be able to heal.
I'm just going to show you the screen if you want to know what the podcast looks like.
That's it right there.
It's the Medical Medium podcast.
It's in my hand right there.
So you guys, I want you to get a chance to live your life the best you can live it.
And anxiety gets in the way.
When you hear the episode, you learn how to heal.
I talk about all the different triggers. I talk about the core of the emotional center of the brain, what happens. You get handed bad news, like a breakup, and that's what you get. So that news comes at you like, whoa, it's coming at me. Something stressful, don't tell me that. Or somebody that wants to hurt you emotionally because that's just what they want to do because people do that every day out there and they want to kind of stress you out or whatever it is.
and you get that bad news, or you get that stress,
and all of a sudden, this boil over happens,
this overheating, your brain gets cooked,
it gets burnt out, and it gets burnt out
in the emotional center where that information's receiving.
So you're hearing it with your ears,
you're seeing it with your eyes,
goes right in the emotional center,
it gets in there, and it starts to fire up
like an oven in there, like a kiln in there.
And when it's doing that, brain cells start getting cooked,
neurotransmitters get cooked, neurons get cooked,
and then they callous over.
They can heal, but they callus over and boom, I got anxiety.
I'm having a panic attack.
Oh my God.
I got a panic attack.
And this is how it works.
So I'm letting you guys know.
And you can even have mild anxiety and it's because of what it is.
Elvira, good to see you today.
No one has ever given me the hope you have, Anthony.
No doctor has ever given me all the answer and information.
Thank you for these amazing podcasts and books that give us the right tools to heal.
You have guns to heal then.
Incredible.
Incredible.
You guys, I want you guys to heal.
I want you to have your life back.
I want you to be able to live your life back, live your life in its fullest.
Because that's all that matters.
That's all that matters.
Anyway, I just wanted to give you that powerful information of how the brain works,
the emotional center of the brain, how it heats up, how the brain cells cook, what happens.
Faith, trust, heal.
Faith, trust, heal.
It's insane that the soul leaves and stays beside you.
Oh my God.
Yeah, it comes back.
When we get bad news, our soul gets knocked out of us.
It's out of body.
It's to protect it.
That's what happens.
You listen to the podcast.
That's what happens.
You listen to the podcast.
It's incredible.
So the Medical Media Podcast, the Apple Podcast, the anxiety episode, they say it's all in
your head.
Your anxiety is all in your head.
They say it's all in your head.
You know, it's not in your head.
It's not just in your head, meaning like you're the cause of it.
No, it's a physical thing.
I talk about it.
And then when we get that bad news, our soul gets knocked out of us.
And then it's kind of out of body for a little bit when we get that bad news.
And I talk about that.
So you guys, check out the episode.
Seriously, it's that powerful.
And it's so great to see you guys tonight.
Listen, I'll catch you next time.
Check it out.
Link is in profile.
And take care.
Take care.
Bless your hearts.
Bless your hearts.
